My old carpets now don't have to be ashamed to live with the new areas of carpet. Randy patiently took the time to give me lesson on fibers, carpet wear, etc. before beginning. Also, you got old stains of unknown origin out of my son's bedroom carpet. They even stayed longer than planned, since I added a lot of carpet to be done."

The delivery of the flower at the end of the cleaning was a nice, personal touch. We had cleaned our carpet with a rental machine. We used the correct amount of shampoo and rinse the carpet 3 times with plain water. Our carpet was left with a sticky, tacky feeling which was coming off on our kid’s clothes and the vacuum.
